The story
… a dream to fly
Munia wants to spread her wings to fly through her village to the city and across the skies, beyond the distant lands, into her dreams. Dreams that a young lady doctor had sown in her tender mind, which Munia has never for a moment lived without since.
The patriarchal diktats of village society combined with Munia’s poverty exclude her from education, but Munia’s yearning for knowledge is boundless. She is an optimist, an eternal fighter who dreams of soaring high.
She draws inspiration from the daily interactions within her little world — but can Munia fly against all odds to create her own destiny?
